Patrick joined Seven Seas in 2016 and has had various positions across the group, including Chief Financial Officer before taking up the position as Chief Executive Officer. Prior to joining Seven Seas, he spent 5 years in Investment Banking in Denmark.
Patrick holds a Master’s degree in Applied Economics and Finance from Copenhagen Business School.
Anu is the Chief Financial Officer of Seven Seas Group and has been with the company since 2021. Her previous assignment with Seven Seas was as the Finance Director for the group. Anu has 12 years of progressive work experience handling various roles across shipping and logistics, FMCG distribution, healthcare, and mining. In her prior experience, she has held positions focusing on FP&A, Mergers and Acquisitions, Reporting, and Taxes.
Anu is a qualified chartered accountant from ICAI and a CFA degree holder.
Ghim is the Chief Operating Officer of Seven Seas Group and have worked in ship supply since 2018. With more than 10 years of experience in the shipping industry he has a good understanding of the different sectors of shipping. Having previously worked in other ship supply, launch boat, ship owning and chartering companies. He understands the need of the crew and shipping companies.
Ghim holds a degree in Business Management from Singapore Management University.
Mark is an experienced ship supply veteran bringing over 25 years of maritime experience to Seven Seas. Prior to joining Seven Seas, Mark held positions such as Executive Vice President & General Manager and various other senior management roles for two of Houston’s largest maritime suppliers.
With a passion for ship supply, Mark has a strong sales and operational background and is highly customer focused. Over the years he has successfully championed many high-level initiatives and projects. This included the development and successful deployment over multiple locations of Quality Programs (ISO), ERP systems, warehouse start-ups, and various procurement initiatives designed to enhance the overall workflow and continually raise the quality of goods and services offered.
Mark joined Seven Seas in 2016 and currently is responsible for the Americas and Middle East regions as well as the partner network.
Søren joined Seven Seas in 2016 and has over 20 years of international business management experience working for large multinationals in Denmark and Spain. In addition to a solid background in Ship Supply he has worked for Abena International and Hummel and most recently UTG in Istanbul, Turkey.
Søren holds an International MBA from the Business Institute Aalborg and speaks Danish, English, Spanish and German fluently.
Rui is a true Ship Supply veteran who joined SevenSeas in 2003 and prior to this having worked with Provimar and Setship. Rui knows the ship supply business in and out and has special operational experience on a wide variety of different customer segments. In addition to the ship supply business Rui also has broad experience with duty free and trading business. In his spare time Rui enjoys spending his time on the sea with his family.
Allen joined the group in 2018, now responsible for business development and administration in China. Before joining ship chandlery, Allen has worked in shipping finance and securities industry for a long time. Allen got his MBA degree by a joint program from Maastricht School of Management and Shanghai Maritime University.
Jackie joined the group after graduating from Suzhou University in 2007. Despite a background in Physics, Jackie found his place in ship chandlery and has grown in his journey with the Company since. He started as a boarding officer before moving into the purchasing and sales department, got promoted to project manager and now functions as the operations director in China.
Greg is the Managing Director of Mundo Gear with over 10 years of experience in the maritime industry. He has a passion for technology and innovation, having led software development projects for large maritime service providers before joining Mundo Gear in 2021. Greg now specializes in product development, covering everything from R&D, sourcing, quality control, logistics and commercialization.
Currently based in Singapore, Greg has spent most of his career in Asia and enjoys working in a fast-paced multicultural environment. He holds a Master’s Degree in International Supply Chain & Risk Management from Esdes Business School in Lyon, France.
Francisco is a supply chain and logistics professional with 16+ years of experience across technology, third-party logistics, and retail. He specializes in building scalable, high-performing operations by strengthening warehousing and distribution, improving service levels, and driving cost and productivity improvements through continuous improvement.
Known for a hands-on, analytical approach and strong commercial mindset, he has led initiatives in operational redesign, performance governance, service implementation, and cross-functional collaboration, with a consistent focus on customer experience, safety, and sustainable growth.
Francisco holds a Master’s degree in Logistics Systems and Operations and a Bachelor’s degree in Industrial Engineering, and is highly experienced with ERP/WMS platforms and data-driven decision-making.
Michael is the General Manager of Seven Seas Hong Kong and joined the group in 2025. He brings extensive experience in food and FMCG distribution, with strong expertise in sales strategy, team leadership, revenue growth, and market expansion. Michael holds a Bachelor’s degree in Biochemistry from The Chinese University of Hong Kong and an MBA from Hong Kong Metropolitan University.
Leo has over 15 years of experience in the ship supply industry specializing in business development, general management, and ship spare parts.
Prior to joining SevenSeas Group, Leo held senior leadership roles at Phoenix Offshore Co., Ltd., where he advanced to General Manager, and previously worked at Bosung Engineering Co., Ltd. He holds a Bachelor’s degree in International Commerce from Korea Maritime & Ocean University.
Harry joined the group in 2023 and has over 17 years of experience in the maritime industry. Since transitioning from business development to product management in the safety sector in 2016, he has focused on sustainability-driven innovation. He now specializes in product development for Alcona, delivering sustainable PPE and water filtration solutions for the maritime industry. Harry holds a degree in Materials Engineering from Nanyang Technological University.
Jim is a career ship supplier with over 50 years’ industry experience, having started in the family business in Adelaide in 1974. After its acquisition by The Adelaide Steamship Group in 1986, he held senior management roles across Australia and became Managing Director of the Legend Nautilus Group, overseeing operations throughout Australia and the Asia-Pacific and pioneering the company’s presence in Dili [PJ1.1][MW1.2]during East Timor’s independence with the Australian UN forces. In 2004, he founded Southern Cross Marine Supply, now Australia’s market leader. He joined Singapore-based Everise Shipping in 2017, which became Seven Seas in 2024. Jim holds senior leadership roles across key industry bodies like IMPA and ISSA and reached 51 continuous years in the ship supply industry in December 2025.
Michiel began his career in ship supply in Spain with Provimar more than 25 years ago and is currently responsible for group marketing activities and Senior Key Account Manager.
Prior to his current role, he held a range of positions that equipped him with the skills needed to excel in his present responsibilities. His industry foundation was built through hands-on roles, starting as a boarding officer and progressing through positions such as quotation executive for technical stores, operations manager, and director of the cruise market in Spain. Operating in a truly multinational company and working with colleagues and clients from diverse cultural backgrounds—and embracing the challenges that come with it—is what he enjoys most.
He began his career in the ship supply industry in 1988 with a family-run company, gaining hands-on experience in purchasing, operations, and onboard deliveries. Working directly with ship crews, technical superintendents, and owners/managers built a strong understanding of ship stores and the importance of being a reliable, 24/7 ship supplier.
In 2004 he joined Schaar & Niemeyer FE. The company was later rebranded as HMS Far East – Singapore which in 2024, merged with Seven Seas.
Avgerini joined Seven Seas Group in 2018 and has since been serving as a Key Account Manager for the Greek market.
With more than 20 years of experience in the shipping industry, having amongst others previously worked as a Marketing Manager for ship repair brokers. She has a strong understanding of client needs and market dynamics.
Avgerini holds a B.Sc. degree in Naval Architecture from the Technological Educational Institute of Athens.
Tracy Jiang has been working in the ship supply industry since 2012. She began her career as a Purchaser with a shipping company, where she built a strong foundation in procurement and operations. In 2019, she joined Seven Seas as an Operation Manager, gaining extensive hands-on experience in managing ship supply operations.
In 2021, Tracy transitioned to the Business Development Department and currently serves as Business Development Manager of Seven Seas Group, with primary responsibility for the Asian market. She focuses on market development, client relationships, and expanding the company’s presence in the region.
With 15 years of dedicated experience in the Middle East maritime, logistics and ship chandling sector, Josh brings a wealth of "on-the-ground" expertise to the team. His career trajectory, spanning Sales, Operations, Vessel Boarding to holding General Management and Key Account roles, gives him a unique, 360-degree view of the supply chain.
Having lived in the region for nearly three decades, Josh possesses a deep-rooted understanding of the local business culture and the global complexities of the industry. He is committed to driving collaboration across our global offices to ensure we remain the world’s premier ship chandler.
