Meet the team

Mark joined the group in 2016 and is based in Dubai, UAE, where he oversees the Middle East and Americas regions, as well as the partner network. He brings over 30 years of experience in maritime and oil and gas distribution across executive roles in multiple countries. In his spare time, he enjoys golf, padel, boating, fishing, and relaxing on the beach.

Søren joined the group in 2016 and oversees the Singapore office. He brings over 20 years of experience working for multinational companies in Denmark, Spain, and Turkey, including Abena International, Hummel, and UTG in Istanbul. He holds an International MBA from the Business Institute Aalborg and speaks Danish, English, Spanish, and German. In his spare time, he enjoys subaquatic sports and tennis.

Rui has been with the group since 2003 and oversees the Portugal office. He brings over 50 years of experience in ship supply, having previously worked at Provimar, which later became part of Seven Seas Group, as well as at Setship. In his spare time, he enjoys spending time on the sea with his family.

Allen joined the group in 2018 and is responsible for business development and administrative functions in China. Before entering ship supply, he worked in shipping finance and the securities industry. He holds an MBA from a joint programme between Maastricht School of Management and Shanghai Maritime University. In his spare time, he enjoys playing basketball with colleagues.

Jackie joined the group in 2007 and has progressed through multiple roles within the organisation, starting as a boarding officer before moving into purchasing and sales, project management, and his current role in operations. He holds a degree in Physics from Suzhou University. In his spare time, he enjoys playing basketball with colleagues.

Greg joined the group in 2021 and focuses on product development across research, sourcing, quality control, logistics, and commercialisation. He brings over 10 years of experience in the maritime industry and previously worked on software development projects for maritime service providers. He holds a Master’s degree in International Supply Chain and Risk Management from Esdes Business School in Lyon. In his spare time, he enjoys sailing.

Francisco joined the group in 2025 and oversees operations in Panama. He brings over 16 years of experience across technology, third-party logistics, and retail, including three years as Country Manager at one of the largest regional third-party logistics providers. He holds a Master’s degree in Logistics Systems and Operations and a Bachelor’s degree in Industrial Engineering. In his spare time, he enjoys exercising and exploring new places with his daughter.

Michael joined the group in 2025 and oversees the Hong Kong office. He brings experience in food and FMCG distribution, with a focus on sales strategy, team leadership, revenue growth, and market expansion. He holds a Bachelor’s degree in Biochemistry from The Chinese University of Hong Kong and an MBA from Hong Kong Metropolitan University. In his spare time, he enjoys jogging and hiking with his family and friends.

Leo joined the group in 2025 and oversees the South Korea office. He brings over 15 years of experience in the ship supply industry, with a focus on business development, general management, and ship spare parts, having previously held senior roles at Phoenix Offshore Co., Ltd. and Bosung Engineering Co., Ltd. He holds a Bachelor’s degree in International Commerce from Korea Maritime and Ocean University. In his spare time, he spends time with his three cats and stays active through cycling and the gym.

Harry joined the group in 2023 and oversees product development at Alcona. He brings over 15 years of experience in the maritime industry, having worked across business development and product management with a focus on safety and sustainability products since 2016. He holds a degree in Materials Engineering from Nanyang Technological University. In his spare time, he enjoys hiking with his family and golf with friends.

Jim joined the group in 2017 and provides consultancy across the ship supply industry. He brings over 50 years of experience, having started in a family business in Adelaide in 1974, held senior leadership roles across Australia, led operations for the Legend Nautilus Group, and founded Southern Cross Marine Supply. He holds leadership positions in industry bodies including IMPA and ISSA. In his spare time, he enjoys football and spending time with his family, including his four grandchildren.

Michiel joined the group in 1999 and is responsible for group marketing activities, in addition to key clients. He brings over 25 years of experience in ship supply, having begun his career with Provimar in Spain and progressed through roles including boarding officer, quotation executive, operations manager, and director of the cruise market. In his spare time, he enjoys being in nature and combining ornithology with photography.

Vincent joined the group in 2004 and manages key clients across the region. He brings over 35 years of experience in ship supply, having started his career in a family-run business in 1988 working across purchasing, operations, and onboard delivery. He joined Schaar and Niemeyer FE in 2004, later rebranded as HMS Far East Singapore, which merged with Seven Seas in 2024. In his spare time, he enjoys listening to music, walking in nature parks, and reading.

Avgerini joined the group in 2018 and works with the Greek market. She brings over 20 years of experience in the shipping industry, including roles as Marketing Manager for ship repair brokers. She holds a Bachelor’s degree in Naval Architecture from the Technological Educational Institute of Athens. In her spare time, she enjoys spending time with her family at the beach, reading psychology books, and playing beach volleyball.

Tracy joined the group in 2019 as an Operations Manager and later moved into business development. She brings over 12 years of experience in ship supply, having started as a Purchaser with a shipping company and built experience across operations management, market development, and client relationship management in the Asian market. In her spare time, she enjoys exercising and travelling.

Josh joined the group in 2025 and oversees key clients in the Middle East. He brings over 15 years of experience in the region’s maritime, logistics, and ship chandling sector, having worked across vessel boarding, sales, operations, and general management. In his spare time, he enjoys golf, padel, and cycling.
