Allen joined the group in 2018 and is responsible for business development and administrative functions in China. Before entering ship supply, he worked in shipping finance and the securities industry. He holds an MBA from a joint programme between Maastricht School of Management and Shanghai Maritime University. In his spare time, he enjoys playing basketball with colleagues.
