Jim Costalos
Head Consultant
Jim joined the group in 2017 and provides consultancy across the ship supply industry. He brings over 50 years of experience, having started in a family business in Adelaide in 1974, held senior leadership roles across Australia, led operations for the Legend Nautilus Group, and founded Southern Cross Marine Supply. He holds leadership positions in industry bodies including IMPA and ISSA. In his spare time, he enjoys football and spending time with his family, including his four grandchildren.
